The role
As our new Marketing Manager, you’ll play a key role in how companies see us and how they stay in touch with us. You’ll receive the main marketing strategy and direction from leadership – your main focus will be to reliably turn it into reality.
Events
Planning and running regional events for HR professionals (HR MeetUps), including sales support – you’ll work closely with the sales team so events also generate new business opportunities. You’ll also help develop our unique Engagement Summit concept.
Campaigns and tools
Launching and optimising Meta campaigns, emailing and automation in Mailchimp, managing contacts and CRM in HubSpot.
Social media and content
Managing Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn, creating graphics in Canva, engaging with the community and preparing the content plan.
Reporting and working with the sales team
Regularly evaluating the results of marketing activities, reporting and supporting the sales team in generating leads.
We’re looking for an experienced mid-level marketer. We’re not looking for a strategist – you’ll get the strategy and briefs, and your job is to turn them into results reliably and independently. What matters most to us:

Full-time
Part-time is possible by agreement. A fair salary by arrangement and 5 weeks of holiday. Ideal start in November.
